I meant to run longer today, but I woke up a little late and didn't have time...

After an early morning temple visit (which as I mentioned earlier wasn't as early as I would have liked) I went up to Highland and ran up towards the base of Lone Peak.  It was a beautiful area and very nice to run outside again and the air was fairly clean (aside from the ocassional animal smell - I guess anybody up in Highland can have farm animals because many had horses or cows right in their back yard).  I love running at the base of those mountains too so I can look up them and plan my upcoming summer hikes...
